Deep ruby colour. This Merlot is a dynamic personality showing wonderful varietal typicity and a red fruit nose reminiscent of ripe strawberries. Power without weight, with fine acidity and freshness.
The fruit for Il Moro is sourced from Mendrisotto, where the terroir consists of loamy soils over a Limestone bedrock.
