Andrea Arici founded the Azienda Agricola Colline della Stella at the end of the 1990s. The inaugural harvest was in 2002. Since then, Andrea has been producing wonderful sparkling wines that count among the best zero-dosage Franciacortas on account of their harmony, elegance and complexity.
At the tender age of 20, Andrea Arici decided to recultivate some old abandoned terraced vineyards situated in the eastern reaches of Franciacorta within the municipality of Gussago.

Andrea and his father Francesco invested a lot of blood, sweat and tears in restoring their diminutive seven-hectare estate to its former glory. They brought in their inaugural harvest in 2002. The winery’s first-ever spumante base wine was a promise of things to come, winning everyone over.
No dosage equals greater authenticity
Since then, Andrea has been producing unique wines in a way that expresses his great love and respect for nature. Born of calcareous soils and a perfect microclimate, these mineral-driven sparklers are consummate expressions of their terroir. To capture their essence in full, Andrea prefers not to add any sugar. The result? Franciacorta’s best zero-dosage bubblies.
