Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Maceration (skin contact) for three days followed by gentle pressing. After fermentation, maturation on the fine lees for 12 months in large oak and a further 18 months in stainless steel.
Shimmering straw-yellow with green reflections, aromas of exotic fruit, white peach and gooseberry. Very elegant, balanced body with fine, well-integrated minerality, elegant spice and excellent persistence.
Sourced exclusively from selected plots in Appiano Monte, where the soils consist of limestone gravel.
