Deep nose of spice, herbs, exotic fruit and wet stone. The palate is incredibly concentrated, albeit with everything integrated into a precise and silky whole. Exceptionally complex with an extremely long finish. This Riesling is easily one of Germany's greatest wines.
Marcobrunn in Erbach covers 6.8 hectares. Its soil consists of loess-loam, clay marl, and limestone. A gradient of 15 to 30% ensures that the south-facing vines enjoy ample sunshine all day long.
