Fermentation of 70% of the juice in stainless steel, and 30% in oak barrels.
Lemon-green. Fresh nose with notes of tropical fruit, lemon and blossom. The palate shows beautiful balance with herbal notes, lemon, flint and a vigorous acidity. A harmonious and juicy white wine.
Sourced from vineyards situated 450 to 600 metres above sea level in one of coldest areas of Portugal (temperatures as low as -5ºC to -10ºC in winter), with soils comprised of gravelly granite. The sunlight reflects off this granite, allowing the grapes to ripen in a slow, balanced fashion and retain their natural acidity in the process.
