Maceration (skin contact) for seven days at a controlled temperature of 22 to 28°C, with vinification for three months in stainless steel.
Ruby colour, with Mediterranean aromas, red fruit, and spice on the nose. Full and rich on the palate, with soft, elegant tannins. This wine is dedicated to Don Tommaso Schiavoni, who was the first to plant Primitivo vine cuttings in Manduria – in the Conca d'Oro vineyard of Masseria Cuturi, to be precise.
Grown on loamy and sandy soils with iron content.
