Special characteristic

Separate vinification of the different components, followed by blending in February 2016, with subsequent bottling in the summer of that year. The wine is normally released seven years after harvest.

Deep ruby. Aromas of cherry, plum, dried fruit, and spice with a hint of tobacco. This wine has a soft, rounded mouthfeel with considerable flavour and fruit concentration. Caramel, mocha and ripe red fruit. Spicy finish with soft, velvety tannins.

Sourced from vineyards in the southern region of the Bekaa Valley, situated north of Lake Qaraoun around the villages of Aammiq, Aana and Kefraya.
