Bodegas Pandora was established by three friends who dreamed of communicating emotions through the medium of wine. The estate produces unique, subtle, aromatically complex wines.
State-of-the-art winemaking facilities
The property’s spacious winery was built for the purpose of crafting wines of the highest quality. It contains all the necessary winemaking facilities, including 29 stainless steel tanks of different sizes and an in-house laboratory for quality control.
Meticulously farmed Verdejo vines
Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc, both on meagre soils, account for 90% and 10% of the vineyard holdings respectively. The oldest vines on the property date back to 1980, while the average age of all the vines is 25 years. To ensure healthy, immaculate fruit, the estate trellises all its vineyards and practises crop thinning. Maturation on the lees gives wines of wonderful complexity.
