Maturation in oak barrels (first-use).
Ripe lime, pink grapefruit and white pepper on the nose, with a slightly reductive touch. Powerful and dense on the palate, with perfect balance and excellent minerality. Very elegant and pure.
Domaine Henri Boillot was founded in 1885 and is located in the commune of Volnay. The vineyards extend over 19 hectares in the most beautiful locations of the Côte d'Or and the Côte de Beaune.
