Maturation for seven months in oak barrels (50% French, 50% American).
Garnet with dark red reflections. Berries, spice, tobacco and a hint of leather on the nose. Plum, cherry, forest floor, well-integrated acidity, and fine tannins on the palate, with a long finish.
Made from Monastrell grapes sourced from the oldest vineyards in the Murcia region of south-east Spain. The vines sit on stony, calcareous soils at elevations of between 200 and 600 metres.
