Foss Marai is based in Guia, a village nestled among the stunning Valdobbiadene hills. Established in 1986 by Carlo Biasiotto and his wife Adriana, the company epitomises the best characteristics of Italian sparkling wine production. This estate now spans more than one generation, with children Andrea, Cristiana and Umberto having since taken over at the helm, sharing the same passion and drive for innovation that their parents had. The family, whose administrative, showroom and service headquarters are situated in a long row of neatly restored old rural buildings, attach great importance to observing nature’s rhythms and seasons.
