Selective harvest followed by a 24-hour cold maceration ('cold soak'), then natural sedimentation to clarify the juice. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
This Riesling shows exotic fruit – pineapple, mango, lychee – and a slightly smoky note on the nose. The palate is dry, with well-integrated, fresh acidity and an assertive character. Salty minerality on a long finish.
The grapes come from the two vineyards "Im Sonnenschein" and "Mandelberg" with shell-limestone soils.
