Selective harvest followed by a 24-hour cold maceration ('cold soak'), then natural sedimentation to clarify the juice. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
Pale lemon. Delicate and minerally on the nose, with citrus fruit aromas, apricot and peach. Approachable, juicy and appealing on the palate, with cool, fresh aromatics. This entry-level Riesling has lovely ripe fruit and vibrant acidity.
Sourced from vines that grow on loess, loam, red sandstone and various types of limestone.
