Hand-picked grapes transported swiftly back to the winery. Triage and gentle pressing. Fermentation in 1'200-litre oak vessels. All the estate's wines are vegan, i.e. no animal products were used in the vinification process.
Fresh and slightly exotic on the nose, with white peach aromas. Linear, cool, elegant and crystalline on the palate, with bright minerality.
Der nach Süd-Südwest exponierte Hang liegt oberhalb der Gemeinde Johannisberg. Der Taunusquarzit ist mit mittel- bis tiefgründigen Lösse und Lösslehme überzogen.
