Manual harvest only, involving meticulous selection of the grapes. Maceration (skin contact) to achieve the best possible extraction of aromas, flavours and colour. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats at 24°C. The wine spent six months in 225-litre French and American oak barrels in order to mature and undergo malolactic fermentation.
Dens nose with floral, fruity aromas. Powerful and well-structured on the palate, with exquisite minerality and a lot of character. Long and balanced finish.
Sourced from vines that grow 100 to 150 metres above sea level. The local soil is a type of red limestone referred to locally as call vermell. This wine is made exclusively from high-quality fruit.
