Hand-picked and hand-selected grapes. Fermentation in cement tanks with subsequent maturation in neutral stainless steel vats.
Deep ruby colour. Powerful, fruity aromas on the nose, with cherry, blueberry and blackcurrant as well as attractive spicy and herbal hints. The palate shows balsamic notes, framed perfectly by fine tannins and balanced acidity.
Sourced from an amphitheatre-like slope with exceptional loam and pebble soils. The low fertility of this terroir lends the grapes tremendous fruit character and complexity, which is tailor-made for this Cabernet Franc.
