Selective harvest involving several runs through the vineyard. Maceration (skin contact) for three to five days followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation partially in 600-litre and 1,200-litre oak casks and partially in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Subsequent maturation on the gross lees for a few additional months.
Generous, vibrant nose with wonderful fruit aromas. Juicy, precise attack with great balance and substance. This Riesling has beautiful length on the finish.
