Character
A fantastic white Bordeaux blend showing grapefruit, fresh blossom, honey, and well-integrated roasted characters. Juicy and well structured, with lovely flow and minerality.
Winemaking
Selective harvest followed by manual triage. Subsequent maturation for seven months in 90% first-use French oak.
Terroir
The Columbia Valley appellation is situated in the central and southern part of Washington State. It is the state's biggest AVA, covering one third of Washington's total area. The grapes for this Chaleur Blanc come from the Boushey, Sagemoor and Klipsun vineyards.
