Temperature-controlled fermentation (28°C maximum) on the skins for 15 to 20 days, followed by traditional maturation for two years in French 30-hectolitre oak vessels. No filtering. Bottle ageing at optimum cellar conditions.
Granatrote Farbe, in der Nase Cassis, Rosen, Lakritze und Gewürze. Wunderbar kraftvoll und strukturiert mit einer ganz klassischen Nebbiolo-Aromatik. Voller und komplexer Körper, filigranes aber kraftvolles Aroma mit ausgewogenen Tanninen.
