Manual harvest followed by vinification in oak as well as stainless steel, with little to no winemaking intervention. Then a long period of maturation on the gross lees. This pure, dry wine is neither fined nor filtered.
Ripe fruit on an expressive nose showing peach, orange zest and a delicate earthy note. This harmonious Riesling has well-balanced acidity washing over a dry, grippy palate rich in extract.
A blend of four prime crus in Enkirch. Some 60% of the cuvée comes from the Ellergrub vineyard, where the vines were planted over 60 years old and are mostly ungrafted.
