Fermentation in stainless steel followed by maturation for 12 months in large oak casks.
Dense nose of cherry, forest fruit, herbal tea, Christmas spice, and rose. Powerful and very fresh on palate, with fine tannins. Intense flavours of ripe berries and freshly ground spice reverberate with pronounced minerality through to the finish.
Vineyards at a range of different elevations (from 450 to 600 metres above sea level), comprising mineral-rich soils that are farmed organically with the utmost care in harmony with nature.
