Maturation for 36 months in large oak.
Ruby colour. Fine aromas of cherry, raspberry and strawberry on the nose, with liquorice notes. Multi-layered and noble on the palate, with a beautiful tannin structure and minerality. Balanced and expressive on a long finish.
