Character
Medium ruby. Red and dark berries, spice, black tea and a subtle herbal note on the nose. Excellent complexity on the palate, with crisp fruit, abundant spice, juicy acidity and an elegant texture. A concentrated Pinot Noir with a refreshing character and a long-lasting finish.
Winemaking
The vines were gently stimulated with essential oils. Maturation for 14 months in oak.
Terroir
Daniel and Monika Marugg's vineyards are situated in the municipality of Fläsch. The soils at the foot of the Fläscherberg and Falknis mountains, together with the mild climate of the Bündner Herrschaft region, offer ideal growing conditions.
